Friday Open – Pocono

• John -P24. Started P19, This was what is now a typical NIS race. 31 out of 81 laps under caution. I got creamed 5 times; none my fault. Spent  a ton of time in the pits getting repaired; I would get it fixed only to get clobbered again and need more repairs. Not to complain too much, but NIS is becoming less and less enjoyable. I’m not quitting, but you’re not safe even running up towards the front anymore. It’s so bad, we had a really bad blinker. He was told over and over again. His response: “F you guys. I don’t care, I’m racing”. I know it’s protestable, but after these races I don’t have the will to send in a replay. 
• Chris W – P 12. Kept it out of trouble and avoided several wrecks on the end. 5 to go restart I was P9 and brought it home P12.

Sunday Open – Pocono

• Mike- P wrecked out on the start because I was trying to shift with buttons and didn’t go up in gear. I went down in gear and blew the engine.
• David – P wrecked out,  i’m really about done with the A car
• Justin -P wrecked out from being a side, drafting fool
• Greg –P4 went 44 laps on fuel at the end with a couple cautions and guys with fresher tires beat me
• Bobby- wrecked out Ran a fairly clean race till restart with 3 to go when fucktards lost their minds and just started door banging everything in sight. Would have been like 6th even with throttle not reaching 100% most straights.

Wednesday Open – Indy 

• Mike- P15- I have a problem with my pedals not working right so it was not comfortable not the fastest out there but hung in there and got a top 15
• David – P19 , i don’t wanna do this anymore.
• Justin – P2 I would give anything to have the last run back 10 to go. I was p10 when I entered pit road and I was the only one that took 2 tires exited  P2. On the restart I passed the leader quickly held the lead until the last lap, last turn. I could have driven the car harder there was plenty left. I know I should be happy but this one got away from me. Should have won. O well head up try again. 
• Brad W – P20. Started p3 and was in the top 10 for the first half of the race. Ended up getting wrecked twice. The first was somewhat expected and the second was unintentional. Really frustrated as the car had great speed and should have been competing for a win.
• Greg – P Winner Winner, (Pole, Most Laps Led, And Win)
• Chris W – P. 13 took a gamble on fuel strategy. Was leading with 20 to go and was running low. Needed a caution and never got it. Took fuel and 4 tires came out 18th and drove up to 13th.

Official Series

FIA F4 

• Ellis – Long Beach qualified 10 out of 19. Big pile up turn one lap one I slowed down and missed all of it and came out of that turn. P3 fell back to P5, but worked my way back up to finish P2.!
  • Started 12 got to seventh on the first lap and was able to finish P7
  • Started at 13 at Laguna Seca. Got to 11th after the first lab and worked my way up to finish P4.
  • Screwed up qualifying. Start at 18. Got in a lap one incident where I had to pit for repairs came out 20th worked my way back up to finish P 12.
  • Wrecked out 
  • Qualified seventh finish P7

A Open 

• Brad W – P21 (Indy) Started p14 but took it easy on start. Very hard to pass and if you started one but did not complete it, you were a sitting duck. Race had a long green flag run to the end that allowed for green flag stops. Stayed out two extra laps and that was a mistake. Lost too much time to cars that I was racing with. Top split p21 and I learned quite a bit.

IMSA

• Brad – P3 (GTD-CTMP) Started p4 in class and ran in top 3 most of the race. Was raining the entire race but was drivable. Drove up to p2 before pit stops and did my normal strategy of pitting late but p3 pitted earlier than me and jumped me during my stop. Was up to p2 in points after the week ended.

With the return of INDYCAR, the INDYCAR iRacing Series (Open Setup) predominantly follows the real world INDYCAR schedule. It will have full length races on road courses while utilizing amended race distances for the ovals during the 16-week racing season.

The series returns for it’s ninth week of competition, this week at Laguna Seca, utilizing the Dallara IR-18 for 95 laps of racing.

Thursday Fixed – Iowa

• Jusitn- P1, Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. Only led 1 lap and that was the last one, I have probably choked the last 10 GWC being  on the front row and now I finally closed one!

Friday Open – Iowa

• Mike -P got a passing to the left black flag when the leaders wrecked out and I had to avoid them then running a lap down on a restart somebody misses the gear and they all stack up and they turn each other and take out the outside lane, including me, DNF
• Tony -P7 race was typical nis short track’n was caught up in 4 yes 4 wrecks in front of me from guys not knowing how to handle the bump. Spent last 120 laps on 16x. Finally had a nice long run at the end of the night which i was a moving through the field. Iowa isn’t that hard to drive 
• Brad – P wrecked on lap 2!
• Hall – P wrecked out, caution fest, a lot of idiots, I’m going low to avoid a near wreck up high and then get loose and over correct

Sunday Open – Iowa

• Mike- P wrecked out didn’t have the right set in the car and I couldn’t drive it and wrecked. I was distracted going into this race by some other stuff and that messed me up.
• Kyle P P Ran Out Of TALENT early. Was top 10 for the first 20ish laps and just lost it off of 4 and nosed into the outside wall and then collected a half dozen others and the car was just “D O N E”    DONE!

Wednesday Open – New Hampshire  

• Mike- P17- first lap I get wrecked out by some bonehead who can’t hold his car meatball with 4 1/2 minutes damage. Limp around and get it fixed throughout. During one caution while getting damage fixed as I went to leave the pit it decided to give me another set of tires so I ended up taking two sets of tires on the same stop and ended up losing a lap The race finally decided to go get up to as high as 13th and then faded caught caution but kept getting involved in incident and got DQd on the final restart for too many incidents while running ninth.  P17.   12 cautions.
• David – P technical failure
• Justin – P Whatever, Some days I don’t even deserve to click that green race button to grid up!
• Tyler – P disqualified out
• Kyle P P21 Car was good and strong. Started P5 and on the start 3 cars in front of me were involved in 2 separate wrecks and I got passing on the left on the start and was given a drive through after reaching P2. Stayed in the back most of the first half of the race and then marched up to top 10 and then got tagged from a car out of 4 who bounced off the outside wall and then I was along for the ride and had over 5 minutes of repairs and went down 7 laps and just rode around in the back collecting a P21 and done for the week. Bring on Nashville next week. 
• Chris W – P 9. Road around in the back to be safe….. Aaaaand ended up with 22x. Car was wrecked on 100 lap tires and I spun causing a caution. Got the wave around, another caution gave me tires for a GWC. Went from 23rd to 9th. The worst feeling P9. After my spin all my teammates had horrible luck.

Thursday Open – New Hampshire 

• Mike- P 19 top split what a mass 17 cautions. I had a good top 15 going but got door, slammed near the end and fell to the back.
• Justin – P wrecked out rage quit
• Bobby –final green, white, checker started second but wrecked out wrecked out

Official Series

6hrs at the Glen

• Tom, David, McKee and Granspeed– P7.  I ran the 1st and 4th stint.  On the first stint started in 5th, had to avoid a turn 1 wreck on lap 2, took the runoff and stopped to escape.  Put me in last.  Drove back to 7th.  Got the car back in 3rd, drove up to 2nd.  Then during the rain out late drivers ran into torpedoes.
• Justin- I partnered with Brad. He deserved a better teammate. There’s a lot of things I need to learn about this road racing stuff “being consistent” Brad had race winning speed. His first stint he put on a clinic on, 20 something to 8th. Its going to be a different Story next year on these enduro’s i’m going to figure it out. We are going to get that trophy someday!
• Brad – What a fun time Justin and I had. Regardless of the outcome it is just enjoyable to team race. We had a great start and were doing well till the rain came. Justin pitted early for wets and I took over. We were making good time but it just continued to get heavier and heavier. The bus stop was a lake and I ended up looping it and stuffed it in the tires. We did get the damage fixed and Justin finished the race and came home in 28th. 

FIA F4 

• Ellis – Road America. Started P2. Winner winner, chicken dinner.! 99th career win
  • Started fifth got wrecked on one and a three wide incident finished P 14
  • Qualified second- finished p1 – career win number 100!!! 
  • Qualified fifth at mid Ohio. Got wrecked in lap one had to pit for a quick repair, fell to dead last 18th and then gradually worked my way up to tonight if I had another lab or two, I could probably get to six but p nine.
  • Qualified eight out of 25  

IMSA

• Hall – P 1, at the glen after twice being wrecked out by LMP2’s failing to pay attention on a straight away. 
• Brad – P3 (The Glen, GTD) Started 6th in class and ran a consistent and clean race. The entire session was dry and I was able to capitalize on some others misfortunes. GTP doing GTP things but I was intentional when allowing them to pass.

GT Sprint Simucube Series

• Brad – P11 (Barcelona) Started p16 and grabbed some spots early on and was in top 10. Ended up with a lazy spin as I continue to learn the new Corvette. Was able to recover but fell just a spot short to get back into the top 10. This series is extremely competitive and the races have been good.

League / Hosted Races

  • Old IndyCar at Michigan p10

NASCAR iRacing Series

Friday Open – Sonoma

• Kyle -P P3. Loving the car, the setup, and the track. The car was fast and was easily a 2nd place car and a good chance at being the best car. Took it easy but found the best line and even now shifting points and had my laps times around 1.5 seconds faster a lap then Wednesday night. Started P3 was car 4 and brought it home P3. Seems to be a good strategy played out by the winner. He was mid pack and as soon as the pit window opened he pitted and just picked off cars for the rest of the race. He wasn’t the fastest car but he sure played his cards right. 
• Tony -just a P7 in bottom split woo 38 points

Wednesday Open – Iowa 

• Mike- P by lab three some guy lost talent and wrecked three out of five of us shot of the race. I had 13 minutes of damage.
• David – P4 is the streak over?   P4, got this on tire strategy, with 50 to go, I stayed out on 30 lap old tires that were actually only 10 laps old cause it was a caution fest.  Was able to maintain 4th through all the late cautions only passed by two guys with fresher tires.
• Justin – P15th
• Tyler – P P5. 16 cautions for 78 laps. Full survival mode rocking a 12x all from getting hit from behind. Raced the track as best as I could and it finally paid off. 2nd fastest lap of the race. Shout out to my son Parker for spotting me and keeping me in check towards the end. Couldn’t have done this without him. 
• Brad W – P24, disaster. Started p9 and drove into the top 5, as high as p2. Was too aggressive on a restart and spun over the bumps into turn 1. Repaired the car and with some pit strategy was back in the top 5. Started the constant yellow cycle and  pitted thinking more cars would come. That was not the case but was able to drive back to p9 until the last GWC coming to the checkered car got turned up into the wall out of turn 4. I can’t avoid him and end up with a p24. Super frustrating ending to a horrible race.
• Bobby – Won the pole,  fast whole race, get dumped running 4th with 5 to go
• Chris W – P 20. Not my place. Wrecked, fixed it, wrecked, fixed it, wrecked, fixed it…. On to next week.

Thursday Open – Iowa 

• Mike- P 16 through the middle part of the race, but the last run I kind of faded back to 16
• David – P14 didn’t have a good 60 lap run.  Used the stuff up trying to run harder for the not that long run
• Justin – P12, not much to talk about just took it easy until the last 50 laps, i think i was 22nd the last run and worked my way up to 12th I’m satisfied.

Official Series

IndyCar IRacing Series – Road America

• Ellis– P screwed up qualifying started in the back. Started 21st got to ninth by the end of lap one.  Covered around that spot for most of the race ended up finishing p seven. The leader got disqualified for not taking alternates.

FIA F4 

• Ellis – regional qualifiers Rome screwed up qualifying started 20th out of 22 cars. Got the 14th by the end of lap one and kept moving forward got as high as fifth my own mistakes from trying too hard cost me a couple more spots and I finish P6
• Pole position! Wrecked out by the guy in P2 in the first corner he runs over me from behind. Meatball. 
• Was running around six at the end of the first slap and some guy can’t race side-by-side and ran me off the track had a little damage but stayed in the race my way up from there from 16th up to finish P7.

A Open

• Brad W – P9 after starting p16 (Iowa). Blew qualifying by spinning on lap one. Race started with some frustration as when two guys get side by side in front of you, you are trapped. Once things started spreading out, I was able to drive up to the top 10. Made contact in turn one and got off the guy to let him gather it up. He did and as I went to pass him he turned into me causing front end damage. Was able to get everything fixed and restart toward the back. Drove back up to top 5 before another yellow. Put tires on and ended with a 94 lap run to the checkered. Had speed but no drive off to make passes toward the end. Needed a yellow to split the last run up and could have had a top 5. 

IndyCar

• Kyle P- Saturday Night. P9 started P10 and just ran a very consistent race. Kept in the top 10 all race long and just ran a very impressive race. Car felt solid and never gave me any handling issues. Stayed on the lead lap up until Lap 50 and my fuel strategy was different then the leaders. Solid top 10 night.

League / Hosted Races

• Ran the GEN five car at Talladega wrecked out
• Back to the trucks that Daytona wrecked out

With the return of INDYCAR, the INDYCAR iRacing Series (Open Setup) predominantly follows the real world INDYCAR schedule. It will have full length races on road courses while utilizing amended race distances for the ovals during the 16-week racing season.

The series returns for it’s eighth week of competition, this week on the roads of Road America, utilizing the Dallara IR-18 for 55 laps of racing.

• Hall – P same shit,  try to run clean but, car gets loose right in front of me, car rear ends me in 3, thinking i came down 3 lanes because they were on the inside but 4 car lengths behind and not even closing, other car rear ends me again in 3, i’m literally almost running the car in front of me over, car gets wrecked in front of me,  coming to the Finish, car gets wrecked and can’t avoid hit him at the S/F and get black flagged,  this ain’t a slump, this is the way it always is.

Sunday Open – Gateway

• Mike- P 22– there was a caution at the beginning where we all took a wave around and after that caution free finished P 22 about what I deserve in top split
• David – P23
• Justin -P 10
• Brian C – P spun on the first lap finished 18th
• Tom – P break problem

Wednesday Open – Sonoma 

• Mike- P12– start a 20th got to 16th by lap two then got turned fell back to 20th worked by way up to 10 before pitstops go back to 14th and made it back up to 12 for the finish
• David – P If i don’t get taken out, i take myself out
• Justin – P12
• Brad – P6 after starting p8. Took me way too long to get into a rhythm. I fell back early with a couple of offs but finally settled in. Ran top 10 till pit stops and cycled back out to p9. Picked up a spot with David’s misfortune and was gifted p6 when the two in front of me wrecked in the hair pin coming to the white flag. 
• Kyle P P4 Started P4 as well. Car was fast and the tires were slick and I just need to find more speed. Couldn’t keep a consistent pace. But I’ll take a top 5 all day long.
• Greg – P Wrecked myself not wrecking someone else top split
• Chris W – P5 Put LOTS of practice in this week. Went from a best time of 1:25 to 1:17. Last year I DQ’d in ever Sonoma race. This year P5 in a split above. This team has helped me get better as a driver and I would like to thank them for being such a great group of guys. .

Thursday Open – Sonoma 

• Mike- P7- started 14th by lap one I got to seventh as high as sixth, fell to eight after the pits and finished seven pretty uneventful race. I’ll take it.
• David – P6

Official Series

Indy 500

• Ellis– dnf. Spun on Pitt Road early coming out of the pit box and got a little bit of damage kept going and was running as high as fifth when I pitted under green and cooked it into hot and spun the car around. It took me almost a lap to get right and get going the right way  about two laps later I stuck it in the wall hard because I’m upset. Yay.
• Tony  P Walled. Ran pretty conservative ¾ of the race was doing good on fuel to where leaders were Gonna have to pit 1 extra time than me. Was in P6 when letting a lapped car on fresher tires by and just walled it ending my day with 36 laps to go
• John P9. We had 7 cautions in the first 30 laps. I dodged every one of them. The race went green until 157 when the guy in P2 spun out of turn 2, darted down and bounced to outside wall and bounced right in front of me. I was in P4 at the time. I had no way to avoid it. It damaged my car beyond repair. Huge disappointment. I was all set for an easy P3  and it got ruined by the mistake of another.
• Greg – DNF but had a top car all race

IndyCar iRacing Series – Detroit

• Ellis– P qualify at 11th out of 24. Did pretty good on the first four laps and then  I killed it.
• Second attempt on Saturday got down to the first Sharpe turn and some guide overcooked it and drilled me into the wall basically and wiped out three others
• Tom- P pedal failure DNF
• Greg- P wrecked out lap 2 with no practice

Dirt Road 4×4 Trucks – Fixed

• Chris Waldron – Championship P1. Always dabbled in the 4×4 jumpy Trucks. Gave it a serious shot and learned a lot from my friend and pod listener Robby Swan. Got a few wins and good runs to win the division 5 championship.

C Open

• John K – P4. Love the changes iRacing made to the trucks. No more constant pedal to the metal. I started P23 due to a bad qual. I saved tires just right and pit strategy worked. Got up to P11 for the GWC. Coming out turn 4 on the last lap the guys up front crashed. I dodged a few cars but eventually got clipped in the rear and it sent my truck into the front stretch wall and onto the roof. Slid passed the start finish line upside down in P4. 

League / Hosted Races

• Ellis-Chris McGuire GEN4 at Michigan started in the back finish P2.
  • Second attempt- started in the back finish P9
• Supercars at Michigan we had a crazy pack race. It was five wide at the end for the wind. I came in P2. Some of the best racing I’ve ever done.

Friday Open – Charlotte

• Kyle -P P10 Started P7 and just ran a sloppy first half of the race. I was just too aggressive. Ate up tires and Yo-Yo my way in the field. Was definitely punching over my weight class. Had so many long green runs and green flag pit stops and my strategy if it played out would have put me in the top 3 at the finish. Once it got dark, the track got fast and I was setting my fastest laps with 40-50 to go and just found the line that didn’t scrub speed and didn’t seem to hurt the tires too much. Last green flag stop I sped into the pits and ruined my race. With a 40 second hold. 2 cautions later I took the wave around with less then 15 to go and quickly there was a wreck that allowed me to pit and cycle up to the front. Then we took the green with 4 to go and it was hold on tight and I wasn’t lifting until I saw Jesus or the checkered flag. And fought it hard for the last 4 laps for P10.
• John -P26. Got in other drivers’ mess on lap 83. 30 minutes of required repairs. Not a great race for me, but made it to the end. 
• Brad – P30 Started p10 and ran in the top 10 first half of the race. Had a long green run with pit stops and David and I were running top 5. Yellow came out and the racing went to crap. Guys driving like it was 20 laps to go when in reality it was 250. I ended up getting turned off of T2 and the car was destroyed. Just don’t understand what has happened to race craft.
• Hall – P wrecked by trash ofcourse, guy just right hooked me after jumping a restart, running to hard, and then falling back to us.  Every time this happens i’m getting closer to being done.  This is not a heat of the moment, this is happening almost every race.
• Chris W – P15. Lead the race was up front all night. Long run I would blow past everyone. Got internally wrecked on lap 302 and saved a 15. Protest is coming and you better do something iRacing.

Sunday Open – Charlotte

• David – P dumped in a 3 wide on the outside when far inside doored middle car
• Brad – P34 after starting p6. Racing was worse than Friday. Could only get 30 laps in before a yellow. Tried to let guys go because they were over driving their cars. Had a group in front of me get checked up. I went low to pass on front stretch and had a guy just turn left off the wall and destroy my car. I decided to get the damage fixed and get what I could out of the race. After repairs were made my first lap out a guy wrecks off turn 4 and does not hold the brake. Rolls down the track and I can’t avoid him, engine is toast and the race week was horrible.

Wednesday Open – Gateway 

• Mike- P22 was 13th on the final restart but got turned in a 3 wide deal and finished P 22. Before that, I hit the wall and had three minutes of damage and struggled near the back of the field throughout most of the race.
• David – P this series is a shit show
• Brad – P6 after starting p5. Ran in top 10 all of the race. Car had good pace but really needed some long runs to really pick up the spots. Did have one long run and had driven from p8 to p5. Race ended with a bunch of restarts and I just had to get more aggressive than I normally drive. Great bounce back from the disaster that Charlotte was.
• Kyle P P10 Started P12 and lets just say i’m one and done this week. Couldn’t keep the car straight and just didn’t have fun. Spent my race in the back finding myself causing 3 of the 13 cautions. All of mine were for spinning in the corner. We had 1 GWC and restarted P14 and was able to avoid the turn 1 mayhem and gained 4 spots to squeak out a P10. Come on Indy 500 Gonna spend the next few days practicing for it. Side note sure gonna miss SHR 2025.
• Chris W – P26. What can I say. You name it, it went wrong. The PC, Wheel, race, restarts, finish. P26. I can only do one race a week now and make it count. This did not do that.

Thursday Open – Gateway 

• Mike- P25 basically ran the back part of the field in top split. I’m one of the slower cars out here. We want to go some fool dive bombed it in there three car links too much. Couldn’t hold his lane and slammed me to the wall five minutes damage drive-through penalty you name it.
• David – P wrecked out
• Justin – P wrecked out

IndyCar IRacing Series

• Ellis– P on lap 18 or so got door to the wall by some guy who gave plenty of room to 26 seconds damage, but put me to the back then put it under green flags, but the caution came out shortly after was able to get a waiver around. Went on to lap 89 where after a restart. Arrow tight and plowed into the wall off floor and then down into the inside. DNF. Went on to lap 89 where after a restart. WRENN

• VRS Sprint P23(Suzuka) Started p11 and while trying to let a car go on start I misjudged turn 2 and clipped him. That ruined his race (sorry again Sergio). Avoided multiple wrecks and found myself running p6 most of the race. Made a pitstop with about 14 minutes to go and came back out behind slower cars. Had a BMW lose it on the last left hand sweeper. He tanked slapped and hit the outside wall only to shoot back across the track right in front of me with no chance of avoiding. Car was destroyed. He did apologize and I guess it was my payback for turning Sergio on lap one. 
• VRS Sprint P9(Suzuka) Started p21 and put an entire race together. Was able to avoid some early single spinners and some multiple car incidents. These races are a challenge and for me I like the strategy. You have to make a stop for fuel and some guys pit as soon as the fuel window is open. I have had better luck jumping guys by staying out and running the car almost out of fuel. Had a great race to finish having to hold off a much faster driver.

FIA F4

• Ellis – Bathurst. Qualified for out of 20. wrecked out from behind and lap one turn two. Towed and did the quick repair pull back out on track and I was 15 with five cars behind me still on the lead lap. I recovered from there to finish seventh. 

Rain Master

• Ellis – Okayama Started eight out of 16 and the new Ferrari. Got to fifth by lap one but bent  the car pretty hard and lap three DNF.

A Open

• Brad W – P19 after starting p21 (Gateway). Race was just a mess from the get go. Started back with the guys that have to drive over their heads every lap. Ended up getting collected in two accidents that were not of my own doing. Was able to get some damage fixed but on a later yellow was too aggressive getting into pit road to repair damage and ended up with a passing under yellow. Came back in to serve penalty and finished one lap down in p19.
